Brief project description
The project involves implementation of IT Systems and integration of these Systems with the ePUAP Public Administration Service Platform. This project will result in the development of the Public e-Services Portal that will enable 24/7 access to public e-services. 
Access to the Platform for stakeholders of the Kłodzko Urban Municipality will be possible via the Internet. Benefits will be experienced mainly by citizens, residents and entrepreneurs due to an option of flexible selection of the location and the time of the day to handle official issues.
The project was divided into two tasks:
Task 1. A2B and A2C public e-services in the Kłodzko Urban Municipality that involves:
•       Modernization of network infrastructure - stage I
•       Modernization of network infrastructure - stage II
•       Purchase of computer equipment
•       Purchase of the system for comprehensive service of the City Board
•       Purchase and implementation of an integrated IT system with the document and e-services circulation module
Task 2. Promotional activities.
A direct objective of the project is to enhance the use of public e-services in the Kłodzko Urban Municipality dedicated to residents, business entities and tourists (particularly from the Lower Silesia area).
